Don't let the fake reviews fool you about this apartment complex. They charge premium price for sub-par living conditions and poor customer service. The maintenance men always have an awful attitude and never want to fix anything. The pest control company will only take a maximum of 1 minute to enter the apartment and spray for roaches. Be prepared to hear people screaming and running down the halls at 9 AM, broken gym equipment that hasn't been fixed for over a year, administration that treat residents like second class citizens, dog poop in the common areas and so much more. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Dishonest. Section 8 housing. Garage is unsafe, especially during power outages. They will also retain your financial information to fraudulently report tax losses later when you don’t even live there.

Gates never work. One elevator is always damaged. Cars get broken into in the parking lot. Trash in the floors. Dirty carpets,Bugs.

If you want to pay to live with inconsiderate and dirty neighbors, bugs, have your cars broken into multiple times, gates and elevators that don’t work and an administration who does little to nothing to fix problems, this is the place for you.

Would not recommend the maintenance people let anyone in to your apartment with out confirming if the person lives the .. my sister was assaulted today due to there lack of confirming if someone is a resident.. and letting that person in … when calling to let the leasing office to let them know what happened all the had to say is oh okay do not move here unless you are comfortable with random people being let it to your apartment

This is the perfect place for our little family. It’s a very convenient location. I am a student at LSUHSC and it only takes me 4 min to get to school.The residents are nice and friendly. The apartments are very spacious with lots of natural light. Washer and dryer in the unit and free parking garage!Mathew, the leasing agent, worked with our schedule to make sure we had a smooth move in and was extremely helpful and welcoming.Overall we are enjoying our stay so far!

I'm not one to usually do reviews (primarily because I'm lazy lol) but I've definitely felt compelled to do a short review of my time thus far here:My wife and I have had such a great experience here at Crescent Club. We just moved to the area around May, and in doing a bit of research on our end, given the crime rate around New Orleans and all, we definitely wanted to be at a location we felt very safe in, and Crescent Club has definitely been that for us, given the gated parking, gated community where you need a key fob to get anywhere in the buildings, and a roaming security guard onsite. We also love our actual apartment and for the price we pay monthly, there was no way we were going to pass up on it.Love the pool area that's very spacious and plenty of room around to just relax and hangout if you'd want (and a small little yard to play catch or cornhole, etc.) And we appreciate the fitness center as well that's a nice little resort on rainy days.Maintenance also has been outstanding, with requests we have submitted being done the same day, so that's been wonderful.Lastly, the main pros of Crescent Club I would have to say is the staff itself, with Matthew being one of the leasing specialists and Jessica the property manager. They have been the nicest people I've dealt with at an apartment complex and just from the first phone call I had with Matthew inquiring about the apartment complex, he just had and still has the friendliest demeanor that honestly, had a huge push in my wife and I deciding to lease with Crescent Club; as with Jessica there was a package situation I had that got resorted out, but during that, she went above and beyond to assist me in that, looking through camera activity with her until we resolved the issue, and I was extremely grateful for that.All in all, my wife and I have had nothing but a truly positive experience here at Crescent Club thus far and we truly will be looking to continue our lease here for however long we decide to stay in New Orleans, and this is absolutely a place you should check out if you're also on the lookout for a great, safe apartment complex to be a part of. Thanks again to Jessica, Matthew, and all of the staff at Crescent Club in making our experience truly wonderful thus far!

My mother Darlinda Payton resides at this complex and she has nothing but praises for the staff. Mr. E the maintenance worker serviced her washer and dryer the next day after she put in a service request. Ms. Cassandra and the rest of the office staff are very professional. Any problems my mom has Ms. Cassandra doesn't hesitate to help her. Thank you all for taking care of my mother. It is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this place.she really feels safe here.
