My friend Elaine loves this place. When she visits New Orleans, she always buys 10 pounds of their alligator sausage to take home to Cleveland, OH. On this day, they were closed.She will be back, though!

I wanted to try sausage boudin and they gave me a sample and it was delicious. I walked away with a pound of it! It has excellent flavor and some heat but no so much that your mouth is on fire.
