I have purchased my supplies for my business from this location in Houston for many years. Even while before Continental Western took over the facility when I went to the location on Tuesday to pick up my order, I was told that they’re doubling the price on some of my products. I asked why and was not given any explanation. I have another friend who owns a company that purchases from this company and buys a lot of the same things I purchase, and his prices have not been doubled. I have been told that the owners are Jewish, and really do not like people are gay people and are very racist and this is probably the reason why they went up on my prices. I contacted my sales rep after I was given this information and she told me she would get back with me the next day with some answers. It has been several days and I have yet to even hear from her. I even sent her pics. Of the products I picked up on Tuesday that were damaged and I still have not a peep from Cynthia as she promised she would get back with me with some answers. If you’re looking to shop with this company. Is that it seems like if they don’t like you, they’ll double your price with no explanation and treat you However they want as if you don’t matter. As many years as I’ve been giving this place my For them to treat me this way it’s just unacceptable. Next week I will be contacting my local news station, several of them along with several other state entities to file a complaint about the business practices of cotton in a and the discrimination it seems that they aimed towards their customers.
