After planning to use their luggage hold service, the doors are locked (during published open business hours), and phone number is disconnected.

Can I give a negative star and multiply it please. After walking quite awhile to get there I get to read a note that says be back soon and call if you need help. Called and right to answering machine. Called again. Same thing. Business hours should be observed if you plan on having them hold your belongings. Wtf....
