I have been wanting to go have a tour of this place for weeks, because I'd like to live there. However, you can't get anyone on the phone, call goes straight to voice mail, and no one returns your calls.

I’ve been trying to do an app for this place but have been waiting to hear back from someone letting me know official availability. Nobody has called me back in days and when I call most times it’s an automated system that picks up and when you leave messages nobody ever calls back.

I have been a resident three years and have overall had a safe living experience. The second bedroom has water damage from hurricane Ida that has yet to be addressed. I have sent multiple work requests and have spoken to a lady in the front office but nothing has been done. The rains this past weekend caused more leaks and wet the carpet in the bedroom. I submitted another ticket and have not gotten a response. My windows have never opened, and I have submitted multiple tickets about that as well. Nothing has been done. Most recently my rent was switched to the month to month rate although I am a year long lease resident. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone, nor have I received a call back from the messages I left. I have always paid on the 1st, but I refuse to pay this without speaking to someone to have it corrected. Rent is due tomorrow and I fear I will be charged a late fee or worse if it's not paid. I would hate to have my positive experiences tainted by these negative ones.

The property has lost its spark once Samantha left management. The front office ladies are lazy. They used to be really good however, they may seem helpful but once you are out of sight your concerns are out of mind. I have been having plumbing issues in my half bath and both full baths since I moved in almost 3 years ago and still today. I have a hole in my ceiling where the water has ruined the ceilings but no one has ever come to check after multiplecalls and or work orders mildew has started growing I’ve submitted photos one guy came with a spray bottle to clean the mildew but I had already cleaned it that was the only time someone came to check this thing . I have work orders that get closed without any one coming to actually do a job and the front office now keeps the phones off. They say they will Call You back but they never do. The new office manager Kelly does not do what she says she will do and doesn’t seem like they answer to anyone now at this point . I have desperately expressed my concerns to management and yet nothing til this day. I spoke with management in October waiting on a new master bathroom tub and here it is March and I’m still waiting per her they are on back order I don’t think she ever put in a request to be honest she has done nothing to compensate the inconvenience at all like fixing the water from leaking EVERYTIME water runs from anywhere above for something… I have to physically go to the office because they don’t answer the phones since anymore I can’t wait to move.

Stayed here for almost 3 years. I have since moved. Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome. Really spacious, big walk in closet, and nice size rooms. Didn't really care for the tile in the shower because it's hard to clean. Had issues with putting up curtain rods because for some reason the nails would not stay in the wall, I guess due to the material the wall was made of. My neighbors were extremely nice. I do not recommend having any packages delivered here. As I have had many packages stolen. I would recommend getting an amazon locker or a P. O Box. I did not like that when I lost my keys, there was no one available that weekend for me to contact to get into my home. They need an on duty officer 24/7. I had to spend money on a hotel which was costly and the complex was little to no help with me getting into my home. They recommended locksmiths but everybody that came stated the locks on the door were high security locks and they could not help me with them. Maintenance were good. They fix most of my issues in a timely manner. They do need to get the gates fixed to come into the complex and they need to continue to inspect cars that are not working and remove them from around the complex. I don't remember the pool area ever been open when I was there but it's a nice area. For the price, space, and proximity to downtown, you can't beat it. These are mixed income complexes. There are many professionals that stay in the area as I was one. However, improvements can always be made.

This was actually one of the worst places I have ever lived. The reviews about the poor management are all absolutely 100% accurate. The rent increased every year of my lease - and the management was very little help whenever there was a problem. The gates to the parking lots never worked in 3 years - everything remained opened and unsecured. Pool was never open, trash was disgusting. They issue lease violations and fines for any little thing they can to drive more $$$. If there's anything on your back porch they disagree with - you are hit with letters and pictures. Very disappointing. I was very excited to live here, but management made it awful.
