Staff is amazing. Facility is clean although our room is hot. I told the maintenance about it and he ignored me.

The rooms are well maintained and fairly spacious. I was not expecting a small flight of stairs to get into the room (about 7 steps). The biggest downside which is a problem in all the downtown locations is the parking. Valet parking is available on site for $45/ night, but self parking is almost impossible with the tightness of the parking structure. If you plan to stay at this location, do not drive. Pick up a taxi, uber, lyft, etc to get to the hotel from the airport and just walk around the town from there. The pool is about the size of two king beds in an L formation: nicely maintained and pretty, but quite small.

The room was spacious with everything that we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Laundry is on 1st floor near pool, morning coffee on 2nd floor. We didn't use our vehicle at all during our stay. We used the public transportation system, "le pass," and there is an app to help you get to each trolley or bus. The location was for everything our family wanted to do, but we just didn't have enough time to see it all, so we will be back, and we will stay at Club Wyndham again!
Nearby activities: We visited the French Market for some shopping. We explored the graveyards and found a couple famous names among the tombs. We went to the Mardi Gras experience and got to tour the warehouse and see how they build the floats for the parades. We went on the Evening dinner cruise up the River an the famous Natchez steam boat. The food was amazing and the sites were beautiful.

One of the worst hospitality experiences I've ever had. I made the booking and had travel plans changes due to a global IT outage. I missed check-in; therefore, my entire reservation was cancelled leaving me without a hotel in New Orleans. I called ahead letting the GM know I would be checking in a day late - she didn't care and told me the non-refundable reservation would still be cancelled. If you don't check-in on your reserved check-in date the entire reservation is cancelled. I called multiple times to see if there's anything we can do, and she told me that the room was going to be re-booked by someone who can "actually show up on time."
That said, I can't speak to the rooms or hotel amenities, but the general manager is one of the worst hospitality professionals that I've every encountered. With so many options - at any price point - I would recommend staying anywhere else.

I love this place I love the location, now when u first showed up at night, I ringed and ringed the door bell.. it took a few minutes before an employee was walking by and seen me. As i walked in,The young man that was supposed to been manning the door was sitting in the corner on his cell phone.. I disliked that and I expressed to them about reviews and first impressions. The guy that open the door was nice but the cell phone guy didn't say anything. Next night he was over again on his phone but I had key cards at that point.

First time in New Orleans, and it was an astounding hotel! The interior design and ambiance were very sexy and so convenient. The pool was very small, which was okay because if you were in New Orleans, there was no time for the pool with all the attractions nearby. Whoever thought of he design was so smart! I will definitely return to
La Belle!!

Very nice hotel.
Rooms: I had a suite. It was very spacious.
Nearby activities: If you like walking. Lots of nearby places to venture out to.
Walkability: In the heart of New Orleans can walk everywhere. No rental car needed.
Food & drinks: Lots of nice restaurants nearby. I would recommend Coterie Rrstaurant. The food is delicious and reasonable.
