If I could give less stars I would. I arrived at 0430 for a 5 am appointment I’m the only truck here. The guy came to me and backed me into a door. Then another driver arrived and I was kicked out of that door to make room for that driver. It’s now 0730 the other truck is being unloaded and I’m still waiting. Seems to me like the white guy won’t get touched as the other driver was black. At 5 am I was told the guy to unload me will be here at 6. At 6 I was told he would be here at 7 and at 7 I’m being told 8. Do not come here you will get jerked around.

This Company’s Ham are the Best. I remember getting a ham and cheese po’boy sandwich. I’d ask for their Ham. Love it!

I don't like posting negative reviews but maybe this will get someone's attention. Our company has been a loyal customer for years. We had a standing weekly order however recently we stopped ordering due to customer service. We have had quality issues for over a year now and our complaints have been ignored. We have sent pictures, emails, unanswered phone calls, my boss has even gone to their home office in NO and everyone was too busy to come out their offices to talk to him. Our sales rep is fully aware of all this and has completely gone ghost on us. My boss wants to talk to the big boss, Mr. Phil, we deserve answers. I've reached out through their website several times with no reply. Makes u wonder iff they even have employees working. We want the product but we want to talk to Mr. PHIL or sons to clear this up.

They don’t have parking so I parked behind the Walmart across the street from them which was very convenient. The gate was open around 4:30-5:00am my appt. time was 06:00 but they let me in anyway and told me which door to back into and just wait for someone to verify my seal. I was there around 3 hours and they do a wash out after they finished unloading the truck for $35.00 which was very convenient. The employees especially Mr. Otis the plant Mgr. were very professional and nice.

These people are always so nice. I love going here to pick stuff up. These guys know what they're doing. Truckers, there is a truck stop not far from them. Don't try to bring your truck into the Walmart across from them though. Swing wide when you go into the gate. I haul 53' footers so I usually dock in door #6. Watch for cars parked in crazy places and ones going in and out while you're trying to dock.

I think they are a Great place to scoop up a ham...or maybe to grab a smoked turkey...either way you go...they got meats like Arby's...but I suggest you put a pick-up order in early before the holiday season kicks off..
