I really liked this place for my first trip to New Orleans. The front desk staff are literally so friendly. One of them actually went out to get me cutlery because my Uber Eats order didn’t have any with it! If you get a room here, you need to get a balcony overlooking the street. It’s an absolute vibe. I loved it.

3 weeks after we cancelled our booking they still didn’t refund. We were well within the cancellation window, too. That shows exactly how this place does business. Shame to have to file a complaint with the credit card company….and leave a review!Noteworthy details: Low scruples

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is no chair in the room and no coffee pot. Elaine at the front desk, was so sweet and helpful. I would totally stay here again
