If I could give them no stars I would.The service here is terrible! They had no one inside the bank and I still waited a hour to not get serviced! Then when you ask questions they get upset! Horrible I will never go there again! I will also be changing my bank due to this.

Bad customer service. They don't want to give you your money how you want it. Very smart with Talkback. Manager is also very snobby. They work for you don't tell them what they are going to do. Also I believe Chase loses a lot of people's money. closing your account might be the best thing for you
