Excellent Customer services provide by Toya Holme , I had a problem in my comercial account (orleans concrete LLC) She took her time to understanding the situation and she provided agility on paperwork and resolution.I hope Chase Bank valued a great member like she is ! Thank you !

I’ve never experienced such horrible service ever at a chase bank. No one wants to work and they lounge around just talking, when asked if I could use the restroom they refused the lady attending us Amber has very poor customer service. I really hope you guys do something to change.

Chase Bank or its predecessors, FNBC and BNO, have been my bank for 50 years. Now, however, they refuse to make our accounts part of our family trust. Unlike other banks in the area, they will not fold our existing accounts into the trust. They expect us to open new accounts and go through the gyrations of converting all our auto drafts and deposits ourselves. According to our estate planner, Chase is THE most difficult bank to deal with when planning. Chase was provided, months ago, with copies of our trusts documents. They don't know what they did with them. They think I should haul the documents in for them to copy again. They lied to me, saying that Louisiana did not allow direct conversion of the accounts. I know this is a lie, since I can go online to another bank, open accounts, file a single form on line for each account, and within 10 days, the accounts will be trust accounts. Chase refuses to do this. So if you are planning your estate, I would say to get your accounts moved to almost any bank except Chase. They are uninterested in customer service.

Only one teller and three to four other employees sitting on there butts and watch clients get upset for not putting more effort in helping their clients.

Friday at 3pm..a line out the door and only 1 teller. At least 2 other employees in the back and absolutely nobody able to help or answer a phone. A teller came out was was not the most professional in the way she spoke to the frustrated line if customers. Either they have a serious staffing issue or someone doesn't care about providing quality customer service.
