Made appointment with this branch. They assumed the meeting was unnecessary, cancel without notifying me, and were not able to accommodate. Waste of time. Move your business to a local bank or credit union where you can actually walk in and get service.

Ladies at the counter were the best I’ve ever dealt with!

Never in my almost half century on this earth have I dealt with a less professional bank location. It’s undeniably clear why this location has so many one star reviews. This is not a review of Chase as a financial entity because I have had no problems whatsoever at the two other locations I’ve dealt with but consistent problems with this location which is directly in the community of which I am part of.. From the teller at my first visit who was the epitome of rudeness and unprofessionalism to the bank manager who was much the same. I was in awe of the complete lack of business acumen, the unprofessionalism, the lack of any concern for not only their longtime client but the client of their client and the outright petty, nonsensical games that were played which were as evident as could be. The straw that broke the camels back is the fact that as soon as they started to give me trouble I immediately stated they could just give me the check in my two forms of identification and Down the street and I couldn’t because I was blocked in the parking lot by a tow truck. At which time the manager then asked the security guard if there was a tow truck blocking the exit as if I were either making it up or she could not see right out of the window that that was the case. I can assure you I will be calling corporate in the morning. I am a lifelong, local resident who happens to be disabled and this is the treatment I received both of the only two times I visited this location.

This location is my main financial institution because of the family I've created there. The people there are so friendly and helpful ? all the time.

Terrible customer service and professionalism. Both outside ATMs are down, and there was no acknowledgment or apology about that when I walked in. Then, I watched an older man come in who wanted to talk to someone about a problem he was having with zelle, and they told him needed to call the 800 number or it would be 3 hours before he could get an appointment here and blah blah blah. He had already called the number. They never said anything like, "I understand you want to talk to a human, and understand that it's frustrating..." Just called security over and made it sound like it would take forever and be impossible for him to get help here until he left. Shameful.

This has to be one of the worst branches I’ve been to. Between the “system always being down” and the lack of professionalism I’m always baffled and left in a state of confusion when I leave. If I could leave zero stars I would. This branch needs to have serious training in guest services and client relations. Chase handles billions of dollars for people regardless of income bracket and what I experienced today (12/1/23) was ridiculous. Not only was I being argued at by an obviously promoted way to soon worker, but of course the excuse that the system was down was thrown out. I entered the bank at 4:55pm and was told (yelled at from across the lobby by this worker who was on a personal call at the same time) when I decided to go to teller that the bank was closed. Doors were open, someone was already at the teller and security was standing there mute. I said to him “then why are the doors open”, and just continued on to the atm to bypass an argument. I’m on the phone talking to a friend about the situation and this worker continues to argue at me, not with me lol, until he says “go to another bank then”! Lol this man is nuts. Not an ounce of professionalism. Every week I come to this bank something is up. It seems like they don’t want to work so they try to push everyone towards the atm. Very interesting branch on the prestigious St.Charles Ave! Ha! Please Do Better!

There is a cashier there with a terrible attitude who, instead of helping, starts arguing or treating customers badly and I couldn't notice that person's name. They shouldn't have people like that serving people with that selfish and rude attitude.

So, one woman who works at this bank is a liar, and lies to the police. As well, there aren't any cameras at the back of the location. What kind of a bank doesn't have security cameras outside of the building, especially the back of the building where the employees park, enter, and exit the building?Highly suspect. Especially coupled with employees who lie to the authorities with seeming impunity.

I have to commend Sam Croon, she works at the downtown branch of Chase. She was amazing and very professional. Sam was so compassionate during one of the darkest days of my life. I was there to open an estate account. Please share my thanks to Samantha Croon, she was my angel that day.

Went in to get a cashier's check, filled out the form and then they said "our system is down." Ok sure, that happens. They couldn't answer whether it normally goes down for a few minutes or for the rest of the day, ok sure, who knows how long it will be down. So I ask if they can call another Chase and ask if they would be able to help and they acted like that was the most ridiculous question they had ever heard, scoffed, and said no.... not over the phone. ?
