What is going on with this chase branch??? The drive through ATM was out of service for more than 2 months. It seems they have finallly fixed it and yesterday they had closed acces to the drive through area. I drove to another chase branch in phrytania 2 miles awa and that ATM was alsonout of service. You can imagine my frustration. Chase bank is a multi billion dollar corporation and is neglecting their affluent customers in the uptown and garden district area in new orleans. Unacceptable

In the past 2 weeks Chase has made my business funds inaccessible twice. Today they lost the entire balance in my checking account - boom gone, no timeline for restoring this or giving me my money back. I will of course be switching banking vendors ASAP and would strongly discourage anyone looking for security in their funds from banking at Chase at large.
