Charbonnet pharmacy is the best pharmacy in New Orleans! They know you and really care about helping. I encourage people to go here and help them stay around without being taking over by corporations. They are the heart of our community. Please use them and keep them here.

Automated refill didn't work for me. My script needed MD approval. Automated system said the Pharmacy would contact the MD, but it didn't. I was left out of medicine for 2 days until I straightened things out.

When our family changed insurance carriers, we looked for a pharmacy that was in our neighborhood. Fast forward a year and I'm willing to drive across town to not step foot in this place. Texts saying 'scrips are there when they're actually not, poor communication to the point where I've been hung up on! The customer is NOT always right at Charbonnet.

I didn't even know there was a small pharmacy here! It's a very cute little mom-and-pop feeling pharmacy.This place is probably really wonderful for someone who has prescription medications they have to pick up regularly. From what I saw, there was no waiting at all and they filled prescriptions super quickly!I will say that the shelves are pretty sparse (not sure if they were undergoing restocking, renovations, etc. though). There is not much in stock, but there's a Walgreens basically a block away. You're probably not coming to this pharmacy because you need a lot of off-the-shelf items. I think what makes this pharmacy stand out is the extremely helpful staff. They seem to really care, and will take the time to help you! They really try their best to get you what you need!

I needed a rx that is back ordered everywhere apparently. Walgreens (6 locations), NOLA discount pharmacy all said they had it when they did not. At least this place actually listened to what we were trying to get, checked and informed me they were out rather than wasting our time. Thank you. We will use them for all future needs

I was a bit disappointed when I went into the pharmacy for the first time. I mentioned that I was a new customer and asked the pharmacist a question. She answered without acknowledging me whatsoever. I then called with a question and after answering my question or asking if I needed anything else she hung up. Not exactly to the point of rude, just felt like my business was not appreciated. I will not be going back. If I want that I will go to CVS.

This was my first time using Charbonnet Pharmacy. The availability of components for the Compounding prescription looked like it would cause a delay, but Charbonnet Pharmacy went out of their way to get it filled quickly. Friendly, helpful and great communication!!!!

These days it’s rare to find a pharmacy that knows your name when you walk in, but that’s exactly what you get at Charbonnet. They fill all my prescriptions quickly and correctly. I had so many mistakes when I was using the big box pharmacies and would have to wait hours. At Charbonnet, everything is efficient and correct. They have all my OTC needs as well! They were able to open after hurricanes even with no electricity. I’ll never use another pharmacy again. Thanks you, Charbonnet Pharmacy!
