Has anyone ever doubted where to take there car for anything?? I bought a car from Mr. Cesar and his son that was severely wrecked, then, they repaired it perfectly Thebest thing about the deal was my Jeep got flooded in Treme recently. Mr. Cesar gave me a ride to Kenner to help me get financed. Then to Harahan for the title. Believe Me. This is as good as it gets. Thanks. Nick Nunez

I'll say this... His services are a hit or miss. Not consistent byfar. I went to him a second time because the first time it wasn't that bad of how long I had to wait on my car to be done as well as the outcome. This time it taken them over 2 months to complete for just a bumper. My insurance company told them they given them only a week and a half to complete the job. Everytime I called, insurance company called, or my attorney called, Cesar given us each a different excuse as to why it's taking so long. On top of that when I picked up my car, some of my items in my car was missing.

I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews and rumors I have heard from my mechanic, but since I had a very minor and easy repair to bumper to do, I thought it couldn't be that bad. After giving me an initial estimate, the price kept going up for one reason or another. classic scammy vibes. Cesar doesn't communicate well, speaks really fast when it comes to the mechanics of the work being done or the rational for increased cost. He did the work, and replaced the chrome fog light housing and put my bumper back into place. On the surface it looked good but as soon as I drove off, the parking sensors started spazzing out of control and buzzing non stop. He didn't take acocuntablility for this and claimed the sensors were damanged in the original fendor bender I was in, even though they worked fine when I brought the truck in. After an unpleasant argument, I got him to agree to replace the sensor but I had to buy a new sensor. I bought a new censor and brought the truck in to him. Waited the whole day and didn't hear a word, finally just took a lyft to his shop at the end of the day bc i needed my truck and he tells me its done right as he is closing up. As I drive off, the sensors continue to spazz out and malfunction. A simple bumper fix turned into 3 trips to his shop and even more problems. Totally done dealing with this guy, so now taking it to the dealership and gna pay even more for them to cover his work. Save yourself some money and terrible human energy and avoid this shop, thank me later.

Caesars Collision Center is the only place I bring my cars he's honest he will not try to cheat you he will tell you up front what it cost how long it's going to take and he keep me updated on my car when they are being repaired and he's a spiritual man so if you need a word while you there just ask him

After our Car was sideswiped by an 18 wheeler Cesar did a fantastic job getting it back to normal! Even when something was accidentally left unpainted when we left, we just had to asked him about it and he was quick to get it painted at no extra cost after the repairs were finished. He is super friendly and the costs are very reasonable! he doesn't try to nickel and dime you like some other body shops!

I had a tragic car accident last week and call this body shop immediately because it has a good review when I first started searching good value body shop in New Orleans. Cesar is really nice and professional. And he tried to give us the best price that he can offer, which is really considerable. My car is a Cadillac SUV, so it made every single part of car expensive but Cesar is always saving money for us. Therefore, I really recommend this place if you are looking for a good body shop in New Orleans.

Horrible service I would never return to this business for any type of work to be done. I brought my truck there asking him check out the entire truck and fix what needed to be fixed. I didn't get info from him till two weeks later after getting my truck and nothing was completed. He then took another week and a half to tell me it's ready. After receiving my truck back the every next day there was still the same problems happening like nothing was actually done. I called him back to let him know and I took it back to him I had to wait an additional month for him to tell me that can't fix my truck. And no money was returned to me.

Brought my bmw in to fix coil issue. Cesar changed the fuel pumps and called to say the car was ready. I pick up the car, it's doing the exact same thing that it was doing before I brought it in. I didn't make it around the block before brining it back to Cesar. He told me he never drove the car, and that his son fixed it and he thought it was fixed, This is after me paying over $1000. He then tuned up the car and changed spark plugs. Another $300. I picked the car up two days later and on the way home the engine temperature light goes on and my car slows down to a complete stop. Never, ever, ever going back. Cut my losses but don't take your car for repairs to this shop!!! You will be sorry.Services: Electrical
