Crystal Clear Imaging was the poster vendor for the AGU fall 2022 conference and their service is extremely unreliable and uncommunicative.I and other presenters ordered the next day shipping for our scientific posters which are guaranteed by 8:30 am. They were not ready. It is essential that the posters be available for the poster presentation session to even present (which was the purpose of my coming to AGU). The not-ready status of the posters were not communicated AT ALL. I show up ready for pick up only to wait for three hours (and am currently still waiting).I could not present on time for my session, wasting my time and my affiliates. I arrived well early in the morning , the posters were supposed to be ready by 8:30 am and I am still waiting at 11:00 am. The entire time I was waiting, I was told my posters would arrive “in 30 minutes”. Obviously this did not happen.There is a throng of people waiting with the same issue I have.I was offered a refund, but only for the rush delivery fee. Excuse me? The point of the conference is to present and the presentation window IS NEARLY OVER. This took MONTHS OF WORK. It also makes everyone who worked on the project look unprofessional. I paid nearly 200 dollars for this poster…The people at the desk / customer service were nice and frequently called/texted the drivers but either their information was faulty or no one knew what was going on because I was constantly fed ETAs that turned out to be false.I will be contacting AGU to advise them not to contract out to such an unreliable, terribly managed, uncommunicative scam of a company.

I had a unique printing request that my usual screen printer couldn’t accommodate and was referred to Crystal clear imaging. I met Ashley and she gave me a tour of the place. This place is legit. Ashley knows her stuff, was very professional, and knew all the answers to my questions. She gave me a tour of their 30,000 square-foot warehouse and I was impressed. This is a very high tech place with very high profile customers. Highly recommend crystal-clear imaging
