I went here yesterday to sell some of my gold scrap. The girl barely looked at it and told me it was fake. Didn't test it or anything. Wasted money on an Uber there. Had to hurry to another place for them to buy it. Oh, yes, the gold's real! That was the second time they've done that to me. I can't tell if their just lazy or because I'm white. Either way. Giving it 5 cuz they are way better than the other store on gentilly blvd. Never a lot of people & the staff is much friendlier especially the manager but i can't remember her name.

Poor customer service and rude!! The lady there act like she is the owner yet only the worker and down talk on the other workers . The manager need to really be careful who they are hiring because that's bad for business.

Pawned an item but was blatantly lied to about fees to pick it back up. Even clarified before I left the store about the fees and the clerk just kept going with the lie. Didn't find out until it was time to pick up.
