Absolutely rude as hell for no reason at all. I was being polite and asking pretty basic simple questions and the manager comes out with an attitude being aggressive. If you need a pawn shop in the area go to Pawn Depot or a local shop. They behave professionally and will actually treat you like a human being.

Do Not Go To This Place. They are some of the most ignorant customer service representative I have ever seen. I tried to buy a computer yesterday and I left because they were rude and unprofessional. I don't know if there was a manager there but the way the employees act they are failing miserably.

Extremely disappointed no customer service at all. Been waiting on the line people have been skipping me they have been seeing me standing there and say NOTHING even the manager. They were all bad. And then with some attitude too.

They're fair. They have hooked me up multiple times over the past several years. Since I have a lot of individual items I'm able to pawn, this has been & still is my only way of borrowing money when the need arises. They won't try to screw you, it's a professional business. You won't find a standard like this in just any pawn shop, especially New Orleans.
