Staff and management very professional and maintenance has speedy response I recommend this Carmel Brook if u are looking for a nice quiet location in New Orleans east.

The complex is pretty quiet and manageable, the staff are always willing to help and work things out, if any problem all you have to do is call.. so far I have no reason to move, and im glad to select this Complex as a place of my stay

Despite what you may have heard about this place I've been living here for roughly 3wks now & I don't see anyone hanging out..its quiet, also I had an issue with my central air unit I called that morning it was fixed within 20 mins of the call.. They emailed me and let me know it was taking care of.
Carmel Brook boasts 584 apartments across 33 buildings. Apartment spacious, with open layouts, fully equipped kitchens, and airy rooms. All of which is surrounded by the land itself, which has gorgeous canals, creek, and ponds, where you can take a walk with a friend or loved one, before taking a night on the town.
