Whenever I bring Miss Betty, my short-haired princess in for a bath and coloring, I know Alex, Kelley, and Riley will be so caring and go above and beyond. They make sure my little diva is very comfortable and she always ends up looking absolutely fantastic.

Unsatisfactory grooming for an unreasonably high price. We were on vacation in New Orleans, so we had to use a local groomer. Our dog gets groomed every two weeks, so his hair is always in good shape. However, he came out of this groomer with knots that had not been addressed and with his hair still damp. All for about 25% more than we usually pay ou regular groomers.

Recently boarded my older dog for a few days and he was absolutely great when I picked him up. He's 13 and is a little shakey being away from home but he was a happy and contented guy when I picked him up. All was well and has been since. Thank you!!

I brought my dog to use their self wash tub. It is inexpensive and they have everything you need to bathe your dog including a blow dryer to get rid of some of the loose hair. Everyone is very nice,there was a short wait while someone was using the tub, the employee brought my dog a bowl of water . Very pleasant would use again

Canine Connection is the best dog daycare and boarding in New Orleans! They have staff onsite 24/7 (many places close and do not have employees at the facility at all times). Everyone is friendly and genuinely care about the animals. Whenever I drop my dog off, people greet him by name, even those not handling him. It’s a real community and I recommend their services to anyone. They are safe, consistent, and friendly.

Self service dog wash station is awesome. Only $8 for my 20lb short hair doggo Bc I brought my own shampoo! They even provide towels which is good Bc my sweet Baboo is terrified of the dryer. So much better than hurting your back trying to wrestle an unwilling participant in the bathtub at home and having to clean up after the clean up!Lots of good products for sale there, too. Thanks again.
