I called this store 2 minutes before I walked in and asked about a Pandora Charm was told they had 2 different priced Louisiana charms. When I got there was told they only had the higher priced charm. I feel like because I was from out of town the salesperson took advantage of me.

RUDE. Bald Hispanic man running shop. If this guy is the owner, this shop will not last long. If he’s not the owner they need to get rid of him. He was so horrible unpleasant. He never said hi to anyone, he was completely unfriendly and unpleasant and not just to me. Followed me around, within 4 feet. I travel quite a bit and shop often. I’ve never experienced anything like that before.

Super excited that I was able to find this place. They are the only place within walking distance of the French quarter that had Pandora charms. Is very happy with my purchase and the selection.

Inside this shop you can find an original Pandora sales stand. It is the only place where you can buy some exclusive Pandora Destination Charms for New Orleans. They offer 2 different dangle charms and 3 different button charms. You’ll be spoilt for choice… staff is kind and will give you enough time to decide.

My husband and I came here stopped in here last week when we were in town to celebrate the New Year, and we happened to be in the Jackson Square area exploring and I have been collecting Pandora charms for awhile. When I worked at a Pandora store in Chicago several years ago, I was made aware that every city has their exclusive charms, and I knew I needed a New Orleans one. The sales associate with red hair (she never gave me her name) who helped us was really sweet, it didn't take long for her to notice that I needed some help, and she even left the charms out for me to look/touch while she went to grab her glasses. I can appreciate her for trusting that I wouldn't walk right out the store with the product, and the one charm that caught my eye was the Cathedral with a blue backdrop. She was sweet to explain to us that the cathedral is right around the corner just walking distance from the shop, and we actually saw it right by Jackson Square on our way to Bungalows. I love how this is a boutique but they also carry so many different brands of jewelry (Alex & Ani, Brighton, etc), and they had a designated Pandora section that's visible right when you enter. I'd recommend Bungalows to anyone in the area looking for some Pandora charms or a boutique.

I used to work at Bungalows, and let me tell you just how EVIL the owner Terry can be. At first I thought he liked me, seeing as he basically hired me on the spot, but I soon learned he in fact DID NOT like me or my skin color. He only hired me because I previously worked at pandora and was knowledgeable on the product..... I very soon began to notice a very strange and rude attitude from him, and then a coworker mistakingly blurted out that I wasn't "the typical type of person that Terry would hire." (I was the ONLY African American employee that worked there.) On another instance, Terry came in to do a "check up" and while he was on the computer I tried to make small talk and see how he had been, and to ask how the store did the past weekend, he blatantly ignored me, and gave me the cold shoulder. I mentioned it to one of my coworkers and she (being a white woman) noticed how he would treat me rudely, as if i were bothersome. A month after that he told me that "idk how much longer you'll be working here, if I could not cover the weekend shift (which was discussed before being employed). There were countless times where he would purposely walk by me, to talk to other (Caucasian) employees, me being me I of course spoke! This happened at least 5 times while working there. I was looking for other available jobs because I felt as if the work environment was toxic for my mental health. Around June 24-25, Terry had me pack up the store (the store was moving locations). I packed up heavy dishwater, clothing items, signage, and even smaller miscellaneous things. Only for him to "fire" me through a text message 2 weeks later. Without any notice he ripped the carpet from under me but of course I landed on my feet, with securing a better job with benefits, but if you're looking to work or shop at a credible business who respects their employees then DON'T shop Bungalows.

I was very excited about this small shop. I was very impressed with Amy, she was super nice and very helpful, also Emily was a sweetheart also. Both helped us pick out pandora charms and everything in the store was super cute and reasonable. I recommend shopping at this establishment.
