I was skeptical at first because the facility is a bit outside the city. It is a large facility with plenty of units and the space is well organized and maintained. Every time I go it is always clean and quiet. The staff I have dealt with is amazing. They are friendly and eager to help. They unit I rent is not climate controlled but I don’t need that anyway, more to the point, the price is fan-freaking-tastic. Getting outside the city the price drops dramatically. Anytime I need storage I will definitely use NOLA Lock and Storage. Thank you for a real good deal.

Man oh man, if you could have seen what this facility looked like before the new management came in you be astonished! The transformation of this facility is unreal. Great facility and great management! 5 stars for sure!

Great storage experience here. Good manager and they listen and their prices are fair. They have also recently cleaned this place up a lot, which is really nice. We would rent here again.

Please avoid this Storage company the Owner is racist and the current property manager. we do not have any room for that in New Orleans east.

The people at the front desk or very nice and they give you a grace period and they send reminder to your phone which is good for me because I forget to go pay some times I never had a problem getting in and out the storage and never had a break in and the price is unbelievable
