babyyyyy the reviews are a LIE! This is an AMAZING STORE, AMAZING STAFF, and a friendly environment incased in one of the most mesmerizing part of town. Everyone smiles and treats you so respectfully in the store. I have come multiple times and I never had one problem, complaint and/or issue. This store is 10/10 and they handle a vast majority of cliental with the upmost professionalism. They fairly and accurately price clothing and shoes. They are unbiased and operate in equal and fair mindset. Please come here if you need a SMALLER CLOSET❤️❤️ it’ll brighten your day!

I was in the area and decided to stop by. We parked about a block away there's a lot of shops on this street. The place is big and they have a lot. They had a lot of vintage and new. Some really cute unique pieces. It was a little pricey but overall pretty cool things. We were able to find two t shirts.

Amazing store with different seemingly new items. Awesome brands. Love the colors and styles are basic and fashion and vintage they are cool and very nice perfect place to shop ❤️

I'd have no problem with this store if they weren't hypocritical about purchasing items from you that they claim to not be in fashion, then turning around and selling overpriced Shein in their clothing racks or the most horrendous looking things.It boils my blood to think about the profit they're making selling cheap fast fashion at an absurd price. And they get away with it because most of their customers are either tourists or rich college kids who have no care in the world.Don't call yourselves a thrift store please. What a joke.

I just left the store about 20 minutes ago. This is second time that I’ve been here. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I went there to sell some of my clothing and my daughter’s prom dresses. The first time I tried to sell the dresses they offered me $50 each and the second time they tried to give me $7.50 each for the dresses. I told them about it and the worker mumbled under her breath that I was stupid. I will never in my life ever go back to this store. I will be using my platform on social media to let others know about my experience at this store. This is not a place that I think people of my color should go to because it was giving very racist vibes.

I came in today and the people that work there had a nasty attitude I was trying to sell a dress but they were being so rude and nasty to me it was very unpleasing the lady also called me stupid under her breath I felt un welcome here I would not shop here ever again they are very rude. 1/28/24

Really cool place! I was able to sell some items rather than just donate them and make some $$ like $60.00 that was way cool and unexpected gave the left jewelry to some young girls they loved it for dress up. They were happy.

Good selection of clothes and clean shoes. This store has a nice section of clothes for man which are not easily found in thrift stores.

first time in new orleans. first day here. went to buffalo exchange on magazine street. horrible cashiers. poor attitudes. rude. they barely speak to you. i asked the older cashier with the tattoos if they were short staffed, (as she was obviously having a bad time with the amount of folks in line) and she said "nope. next!" just awful customer service. also the worst buffalo exchange i've been to. super messy. iwaited forever just to try clothes on, not because there wasnt a dressing room open but because there was no one back there. good luck to whoever goes in there.

Always great stuff, but I rarely make a purchase. It's unfortunate because I'd love to- but that Manager is incredibly rude and intimidating. I know what it's like to run a busy store in a touristy location in this city and try to keep things going smoothly, but I also don't find it professional to shout across the store and yell "Everyone in line to checkout needs to form a SINGLE FILE LINE." Huffing and puffing and being visibly irritated is beyond unprofessional. I put my things back and left along with several other people. This Manager has been there for years and has always been the reason I find it hard to shop there. It seems as if she trains her new hires to have the same attitude.

came in with my fiancé looking for a few thrifty finds while on vacation. unfortunately about 5-10 minutes into browsing i could barley hear myself think, let alone pick out clothes. the staff likes to have very loud conversations with each other. like i'm talking yelling at a coworker several feet away, gossiping and cackling and so on. pretty distracting and off putting -- but they seem to be aware of that, as they joked that someone would write a bad yelp review. well surprise! i didn't want to be the one but i can only get so overstimulated by shouting and swearing. other than that the selection is just okay. and a lot of the things i liked had stains or even holes in them. $70 for coffee(?) stained Timbs? i'm good. my partner found some stuff at least. that's the only positive i have to give.
