I had a fantastic experience with Broad Glass. My first contact was with Sheri on a Thursday, letting her know about a significant leak in the rear glass. While they don't take appointments, she provided the store hours, and I arrived the next day. Sheri had the team take my car to the back right away. A tech (Victor) showed me mold growing on a felt backing under the rear window, which he removed and offered to throw away. They removed the rear glass, fixed the leak, water tested it, and called me shortly after. The price was fair, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this locally owned shop over nationwide chains like Safelite.

Very Rude, no good morning The interaction with the lady at the customer service desk was very poor. She was rude. The guys in the bag they were rude didn’t speak. Just used to friendly people when I’m spending my money, especially the amount of money I spent My window fixed everyone was just rude from the people in the back in the shop to the lady in the front she act as though she didn’t want my business

Came in around 11:30 am for a front window replacement because some
bum broke into my car. Sheri told me would probably be done by end of day. She had me done earlier about 2o’clock and saved me time. They fixed it and it’s all brand new. They even took care of the broken pieces of glass inside the car and vacuumed it up.

Many years ago this company did a quick and well priced replacement of a mirror on my car. This weekend I had a hit and run on my car that took the entire mirror off, as well as causing damage that requires bodywork. Broad Glass referred me to a body work shop (Chambliss) that worked with me to replace the mirror and do the bodywork at a cost way below what I expected. Big plus: I don't have to make an insurance claim - I can afford it out of pocket.I will cannot recommend this company highly enough.

They take walk-ins which has been a lifesaver! Plus WAY cheaper than a service like SafeLite. Had to come in twice with urgent issues, first a cracked windshield and later a shattered window from a break-in. Reception has always picked up the phone quickly and gives you an estimate based on your make/model etc, no waiting through an automated phone system. They were able to get both fixed same day. They also vacuumed up all the broken glass strewn all over the car from the break-in, which was awesome.

They take same day walk-ins which is a lifesaver. I've had two urgent issues (cracked windshield and smashed window from a break-in) and they got both fixed the same day. WAY cheaper than a service like SafeLite. My windshield only cost around $230 here, but SafeLite quoted me approx $600. Reception is friendly and helpful, they pick up the phone quickly and give you an estimate of price and the time it'll take to fix it based on your make/model and the glass pieces they currently have in-stock, no long automated phone trees! They also vacuumed up the broken glass that was all over the car from the break-in, which was awesome.
