My experience went well today, I expected to be in and out of the store and did. I asked about getting a cheaper plan since having a WIFI at my new place in New Orleans East. The sales agent in the store told me to go online about a forty dollar plan, I'm going to do it if I can.

I was having a problem activating a new Boost phone I'd bought at Walmart and the phone rep had disconnected my old service without hooking up the new one, so I no longer had any way to call back and finish the activation! I went into this store and they not only let me use the store phone to call Boost customer service back but they assisted me in every step of the procedure until it was working. The manager Calvin was super helpful and knowledgeable and polite. I recommend this shop as being way above average in terms of the help I received.
