Within 3 days of activating my new family plan with Boost Mobile, I started having connection problems. I went to the store on Read in New Orleans east and had to wait for Tamada to return from her "break". She claimed she was getting food but an uber eats driver was also waiting for her. I tried to get help with my problem and was told to "call customer service". She became combative when I asked HER to provide customer service. She took my phone, messed with the screen, handed it back and said I was good to go. I left, got less then a mile away and phone stopped working. I went back to the store and the girl was beyond rude. She took my phone again, did something to it, and told me to call customer service again. I went home raging mad. Before I left, I asked for her name. She said it was "Sasha". The only reason I know she gave a fake name and what her REAL name is is because I called the Crowder store to complain about her "break" and attitude problem. Later that night I spent HOURS on the phone with customer service and got it somewhat working. This morning, my boss called upset because I haven't responded to texts in three days. I call customer service again and discover Tamada put a block on my phone!! She actually blocked my number from receiving texts! Customer service got it removed as well as the internet block she put on my account. I will give Boost one more day and if one more problem arises, then I will dispute the charges with my bank and switch back to Metro PCS. I was with Metro for 14 years and never had one compliant. Ever. I only switched to save a few dollars. WARNING to anyone who is considering the switch to Boost that you get what you pay for. The cheapest option is truly the cheapest option. You will regret it like I do. If no more problems happen with Boost, I will wait the 30 days and switch back to Metro on January 27th. Either way, I have zero confidence in Boost Mobile. I am now concerned that my phone will not work in the event of an emergency. I miss the peace of mind of knowing I have a reliable connection. DON'T SWITCH TO BOOST MOBILE.
