Do not recommend. On the day of our friend’s wedding, the bride picked up her dress only to discover massive black stains on the dress. On her dream day, this place let her down and took zero responsibility.

This bridal shop has terrible customer service. We had a major problem on her wedding day and they were very unhelpful. Even with just knowledge related to wedding dress materials. While buying the dress may be fine, don't expect any guidance if you have an issue like this on the most important day of your life.

Extremely unhelpful!!!!! My sister took her dress out of the bag on the morning of her wedding, and there was a GIANT black stain on the dress. In a very visible location. We brought it back in, and Bliss Bridal was super rude and unhelpful. They refused to fix it and refused to even offer advice to us on what we could do. This was absolutely unacceptable customer service. Any amount of compassion would’ve warranted a higher rating.

My best friend is getting married tonight. She opened up her dress this morning for the first time after picking it up last week and it had a huge black ink stains all over it. Two bridesmaids brought it to the shop to see what could be done and were met with horrible, unempathetic attitudes from the staff. Any bride’s worst nightmare. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Loved the experience here both times and the gals that I worked with were great. 10/10 recommend and you can’t beat the price point. The shop was clean, organized, professional and well lit. Love that they let you go through the gowns yourself but are exceptionally helpful with what they pull. They were also able to work with a tight timeline. Really special experience.

The first time I went Morgan was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing!!! We could have been friends she was so cool! She made me so comfortable and made the process so easy going. We loved her!
I went a second time and had a different stylist (her name may have been Leslie) anyway, absolutely amazing. So sweet and tentative and patient with my friends and I (which were quite difficult).
The dress selection is gorgeous and plenty to choose from!

Jaymes was amazing! I found a dress online that I fell in love with. I called and gave him the style number and bliss had that exact dress. When I got there he pulled it off the rack along with a few other options in the style I was looking for. I went with the dress I found I online. It was perfect. I also got a sweatshirt and a garter from them. The shop was so cute everyone was so nice and it was the perfect experience

I went to 3 different bridal boutiques. Bliss bridal was the first one. I must've tried on like 20 dresses, and the lady that assisted was so patient, kind, listened to what I wanted, gave me a few of her ideas and opinions, and was so professional. Out of the 3 experiences this one was the absolute best. I went back to get my dress, and the seamstress is absolutely amazing. She did such a great job and moved in such a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone

With it being my first time trying on wedding dresses, I was a tad nervous and worried about not knowing what I would want. I came in with the bare minimum as far as inspiration. I was assisted by James who was beyond knowledgeable of the dresses they had to offer. James listened to my likes and dislikes throughout the process and pulled me some dresses that fitted my wants and desires. It was truly a 10/10 experience!

We had a great experience shopping at Bliss bridal. Madeline was our assistant, and she was wonderful to work with, being patient and helpful and listening to my vision. They had a decent selection and great values. Ultimately, I ended up getting my dress somewhere else, but that was not at the fault of Bliss Bridal. Our experience there was excellent and I would recommend to other brides that it is worth stopping in for an appointment.

Bliss Bridal was absolutely wonderful! They had a large variety of dresses and price points. Jaymes is amazing! He understood my vision and found the perfect dress for me. Shopping for my dress was the easiest part of planning my wedding! My entire experience was great and I cannot wait to wear my dress!!

I just went to Bliss Bridal on Monday in search for a wedding dress and I found my dream dress the same day. I was very pleased with the customer service, and overall experience. Highly Recommend shopping here for your dream dress!
