I called Bill's Used Auto Parts and asked if they had any 97-01 jeep Cherokee's and the person I spoke with said he had several. I even asked if they were 2 door or 4 door models and he said 4. I drove 45 minutes there the next day to find out they did not have any 97-01 jeep Cherokee's on their lot.

I had to pay for a part. Waited over an hour and they didn't have the part. They said no refunds. Like what am I suppose to do with that.
