Staff were friendly but pretty unhelpful as they didnt know much about the online store and the manager wasnt able to help me either. They had sales on their headphones online that said "see price in cart" but no matter what i did wouldnt add them to cart and the cart icon disappeared as soon as the page fully loaded so was unable to get the deals and ended up geting 180$ jbl headphones for 50$ off the jbl site instead. Tldr: friendly staff but site is in an unusable state and wont let you check out online or get any of their deals.

Bought a shirt for husband not only they send the wrong shirt but I am still waiting for them to send me a label to return or exchange it. I feel sorry for my husband who loves his Tulane but I will never buy anything from them ever again!

I have never once went to the bookstore and had good customer service. The people who work downstairs are always so mean and super impatient. I also never write reviews because I think there a bit extreme but I’ve gone over a dozen times and had a bad experience.
