All staff members are always very polite and accommodating to my needs. Very few times I have issues that are normally my fault. “Funny little place. Getting in requires pressing a button and requesting entry from the on-duty security guard. You also need ID.
Don't get excited. It literally has one room, but is packed with interesting information on the history of money. Nicely done. It takes about an hour to see everything.”

But she gladly assisted me with not only my original question but several things I needed to do. I must say I've had several poor experiences with representatives especially at my local branch. It was not necessary to open or have an account to do so, as other financial institutions demanded of us and which, obviously, we did not have.
