I was shopping for tile today and I called ***** to inquire on the website status ( webpage was inadequate), and was told that they cater to locals in **** and they were aware of the website issues and the gentleman hung up. I called back to get the owners name and the same gentleman told me he was the owner. Here is where it gets weird. I told him that I was on hold with the LA Secretary of ************ to verify if the business was legit. He called me back twice and said that he has my name and phone number and has a **** detective that he was going to pass my information along to. Why would a business owner say something like that? I just wanted to inquire on some tile. I feel as if I was threatened! I would NOT recommend using this company.

We've been to a number of flooring places and this one was the best and most helpful by far. They were very knowledgeable and had very affordable options that still looked very high quality.

Just a wonderful place to do business. When I first called they did not even carry the Dream Weaver line of carpet. They tracked it down & was able to order for me! So dang nice!!!! I would do business with them again- very professional and certainly helpful. Thank you B&B flooring!

Went looking for affordable, end-of-the-roll type residential carpet. Not only did they have what I wanted, but they also had supremely wonderful customer service. Bert was extremely patient and knowledgable while answering all of my questions, showing me their stock and providing samples.

I had been to several tile stores looking for a specific color and texture to match the feel of my French Quarter building. They had a wide selection and were able to quickly order in anything that was not in stock. The owner took time and attention to help me find the perfect tile. He promised it would arrive within a week and called me a few days later to let me know that it had arrived ahead of schedule. The prompt and personal service that i received was unmatched compared to other home improvement businesses that I have visited. This will be my go to place for flooring from now on!

Came here looking for tiles, so was a bit surprised to find that they had almost none in stock. They seem to handle more laminate and carpeting materials. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
