I was sent here because they had the part that I needed. The lady wouldn't let me use my military discount. Instead, she signed me up for AutoZone rewards. She just asked me to put in my information without telling me what I was signing up for. Never applied my military discount.

The manager Michelle and one of the other associates were rude and nasty. My son purchased a item from the Veterans location. The item had a malfunction which wasn’t our fault. She told my son and I that she couldn’t refund the item( even though we had the receipt)and to go back to the location where we brought it. I called three other local stores and they said that wasn’t true. I called her and informed her and she said that she didn’t know. She didn’t apologize or anything. Thank you to the manager at the Veterans location for being professional.
