I'd rather be driving 2.8 miles away to shop at this store than going to the same one near me. Angelica was so helpful. as well as the other staffs at this store.

The lady at the front checking me out was extremely rude. I asked her for help because I thought I left an item at the counter after i left and instead of helping me she got upset and accused me of dropping it on the floor or misplacing it myself. I asked if there was cameras and she got upset that I asked that as well. It was a simple request and I would have liked help instead of a terrible attitude.

One of the worst Autozone locations in the country. Employees are lazy, playing on phones when customers are in line, don’t know the first thing about car parts, couldn’t tell an alternator from a radiator, will tell you wrong info or out of stock just to get you to leave so they don’t have to do work at work.

Sean was my savior when i brought my car here for a questionable battery. Even though it tested "Good" he said he thought the connections looked corroded and the battery was old but did not in any way push me to get one. I ended up buying a new battery and he installed within 5 minutes which solved the issue. He could've just let me drive away after testing the battery but instead offered his expert thoughts and as a result I was able to make my drive to San Antonio safely!

Shawn was incredibly helpful on my first solo repair excursion. Got me the right part at the right price and helped me figure out the install all in a quick 15 minutes. Great service, and from what I can tell every part you’d need. Highly recommend!

After told to wait , end up with no customer service or trying to find the right parts for my car , manager only care about making sale not trying to help with anything

Went in the other day to replace my windshield wipers, and Gabe was incredibly helpful. He made sure that I got the right wipers for my car, and even went so far as to help me put them on. I’ll definitely be returning here in the future!

Always reliable and reasonably priced. When I have questions someone is always willing to help me and point me in the right direction (shout out to Gabe). Been using them for years and will continue to do so.
