Replaced my iPhone battery with what appears to be a non OEM battery - error message came up, and was assured it was temporary. It wasn’t. Aside from no being able to tell me battery life, it also made my phone impossible to update to a new OS. Had to take it to Apple who put in a genuine Apple battery and all issues went away immediately.

I was hesitant to go because of the reviews. All I needed was a diagnostic run on my computer. Made an appointment to drop it off and picked it up the next day via appointment. I’m not sure why people don’t read the receipt given to them. It explicitly explains how they run their business. Although it’s different, I got what I needed done and was treated pleasantly.

AVOID. RUN AWAY.Unprofessional, unethical practices, reporting to law enforcement. Broke my MacBook then refused to return it. Had to call the police. Owner is now sending me text messages with screenshots of my private documents taunting me that he copied my files before breaking my PC and refuses to return my private files, including confidential information, and PhD. research. The owner is unsound to say the least. Read the reviews. The good reviews seem fake. Caveat Emptor.

These people are THIEVES -- DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.I have been trying to get my laptop back for an entire year now. The owner took three months to diagnose the problem with my laptop; I told him I wanted to pick it up; he then told me that his techs "had to put it back together again," and assured me the laptop would be returned by November of last year (2022). After that they made themselves even more difficult to reach. I cannot fathom how a "business" such as this is allowed to operate.

**WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE** Just like the other reviews I had a terrible experience at this place. Dropped off my device for a battery change. I was assured it wouldn't take long. They make it really difficult to get updates and lure you into paying extra for "rush service". 5 weeks later I decided to get my device back and was forced to pay $50 in cash ( after paying a $75 initial fee). One of the employees Mr. Anderson was not helpful at all and I doubt he has any knowledge of Mac repair. He even laughed when I handed him the $50 cancellation fee. I can not warn anyone enough. Please do not come here. Im out $125.

The guys at the Freret St location have repaired my Macbook Pro twice. Prompt service, friendly staff and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend them ?

I hardly ever review businesses, but the customer service and quality of the repair here was so atrocious that I felt it necessary to warn others against bringing their computers to this place. I paid extra for rush service that extended four days and they fixed nothing, just gave me a used Apple keyboard and mouse for my PC. Needless to say it conked out after 3 months. Plus there was no communication from anyone.

Had an appointment at 1. Showed up at 1. Pulled into driveway of business, and was told by some person outside to movey truck. I apologized and noted that there were no signs indicating that I couldn't park there. I informed that I was there to drop off and would move in a few minutes. Store would not open door unless I moved. There were no other spots. Go w

They take your items, don’t fix them, and charge you $50 to get them back. It also looks as if many of the positive reviews for this place are fake and written by the same person.

They have had my husband’s EarPod Pros since September, it’s now March. He just spoke to someone wanting his EarPods back and was asked if he wanted to pay more to upgrade to expedited service. THE AUDACITY! Never take your products here.UPDATE! SCAM business!! They charged $50 to cancel. They had the product for six months and charged us to get our item back. This is 100% a fraud business. I guarantee they keep people’s items long enough that they give up and it’s just held hostage so that people are forced to pay to get their item back. If you’ve been treated the same way by this business, please report them to the Better Business Bureau, as we are.

Total ripoff! Don't go there! They charged me more than $300 for an issue the Apple Store would have corrected for FREE! The official Apple Store is much cheaper and more dependable.

Do not go here. Went in for an iphone screen replacement. We were told $120 but eventually got charged $371. I ask the owner for an itemized receipt and he gave me a post it note with scribbles on it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are scammers who will take your device and hold it hostage. They took my son’s laptop and it disappeared for days. When I called to see what was going on, they said it cost $10 to call them! When we came to just take the laptop back, they would not open the door; it was well within business hours. I had to pay nearly $100 in ransom fees to finally get the unrepaired laptop back. I have known multiple people who have been ripped off by them. They use bots to post fake reviews; do not fall for this. Go to Yelp and see the reviews there (and the owner’s response to those reviews, to see how you will be treated as a customer). I have heard that he uses the devices dropped off there to commit hacking/cybercrime and that’s the real way he makes money.

One is one star too many. Without a doubt the single worst business I have ever experienced. The staff is completely mentally and socially incompetent and they are clearly instructed by the owner to pull any sort of scam they can. Hardly a surprise they are flying a Russian "Z" flag in front, but it does make one wonder where the money is going and who might be financing them. Stay away from these clowns at all costs. They likely won't be in business much longer and who knows what they are capable of doing with peoples property when they get shut down.
