We ordered our sweatshirts for a public schools. The price was right and affordable for our parents . They perfected our design. Ordering was quick and easy. Great turnaround time. Friendly customer service and they answered all my questions. Easy to pay for my order. They even loaded my car for me. I am happy with their service. Our PTO will definitely use them for our yearly spirit shirts. I am so grateful that I found them. ~ PTO.

They usually do great for my company. However my first real interaction with them when I had to have them re do a proof because parts of embroidery was crooked one of workers rolled her eyes, threw their head back and covered it with something they were working on. The one helping me was nice but the company as a whole didn't really understand why I couldn't ok crooked embroidery on something that would be up front and center to the public abd clients.

They made my monogram crooked and didn’t put it where I wanted it. The staff was nice but I did not get what I asked for.
