It is my pleasure to write this review. The team at VCA Algiers has exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond in making sure their patients and their parents get the support they need. Dr. Saunders is so kind and compassionate and Deidra in the front office is such an amazing human. Thank you VCA Algiers for taking such wonderful personal care of my Dad and his pup. Robin S.

Dr. Bass is the most amazing doctor!!! The staff and everyone around makes us feel so at home and takes care of us so quickly. They were able to squeeze us in same day and they were so amazing about it! They are extremely thorough and made sure all of my questions, concerns, or anything else were answered before I left. I seriously cannot recommend them enough!!

The compassion, level of care and sense of urgency shown to my cat Ginger and myself was unparalleled. I walked in as a new patient with a life and death situation and the entire staff and Dr. Bass sprang into action to help us. Above and beyond is an understatement. What a blessing it was to have Ginger cared for by this amazing group of people. I will be forever grateful to Algiers Animal Clinic for doing everything in their power to help us, taking time out of their busy schedule, answering my many questions, gathering information for me to make the make the best decisions for Ginger and treating us as she had been a lifelong patient. This is an AWESOME Vet hospital! The staff, Tech's, Dr's - awlla 'dem ? are incredible! My furbaby is a Beagle, Jack Russell mix and she's almost 18yrs old. Since moving to the Westbank, she has been more comfy with this hospital from day one, than she was at her 1st regular vet of 8 years.When curbside started, I was hesitant, but Katrina wasn't LoL?. I guess because she was familiar the location, she just walked in with the Tech like it was her long time friend (and it usually takes her a minute to warm up). She has NEVER bad a problem going to the vet - no shakes, whimpering, hiding ? etc...The Doctors are incredible. When we had evacuated, Katrina had a flare up of a condition she'd been dealing with. We spoke with Dr Adams, and after taking time to have some detailed discussion with us (to make sure we were on point with what was going on with her) he was more than happy to call in her med to a local pharmacy.He knew us, and respected us well enough, to work with us like this, He could have just told us to go to a Vet there. He respects his patients' parents.Katrina saw Dr Claire, curbside yesterday. Just as before with a curbside appt with Dr Adams a while back, she was just as thorough, pleasant, patient, and understanding. Then, the tech who brought her out to us, very capably pointed out the issues to which Dr Claire was referring.I can't say enough about this hospital. I wish I could give them more than 5 ?!

All the docs and techs are very sweet and gentle. I have taken 4 cats there over the years and they helped me with serious diseases like diabetes and urine crystals. I would 100% recommend them!

Dr. Bass is so sweet, kind and gentle. She provided great care to our sweet girl. She was very patient and offered great compassion and guidance at the end of her days with us.

I have been seeing Dr. O and her staff for years. They are very welcoming and treat my 4 dogs with love. Everyone is very friendly and Dr. O knows her stuff!!! I hope she never retires!!!!

Although the initial wait was long, the care provided for our Pom was outstanding. We have been contacted several times since our initial visit to follow-up on the progress of our fur baby. I would definitely recommend for after hours and emergency situations.

Be careful they will do services without approval and tell you later that you should have decline. Another place did exam on my pet and paperwork shown to them. They still charged for exam and all we wanted was boarding.
