I love living here! I was really nervous about living here at first because it’s slightly out of my budget but it’s worth every penny. No weird smells, no rodents, no bugs (except the occasional roach on the pool deck), and it’s very cleanly. This view is to die for too. My only complaints is that the washer/dryer is one unit and it can be a bit iffy. I also wish there were more resident events. But I really love living here! And Ashley made the move-in process so painless!

We rented two apartments in the city before this one and 930 poydras is by far our favorite, the safest, and most beautiful! I wish it didn't take 5 hours to wash + dry clothes. The only con for us is you cannot bring in your own washer and dryer and there is a lack of ventilation so it's not uncommon for our clothes shrink. Heads up: Parking is $200 not included in rent. Management is wonderful, Pool is clean, tall ceilings, 24/7 security, great views with smoking area, two vending machines, and no dog breed restrictions.

Love the building as far as cleansing, location and staff assistance but the only thing that I did not like is the parking accommodations… you are allowed 3 license plates a condo but only allowed to park one car in the garage at a time which doesn’t make sense to me if My wife and I are both staying there with separate cars.. other than that it’s a nice spot if you and your spouse share a car or you’re by yourself

I lived at 930 Poydras for a year and had an awesome experience there.Management is great to work with from start to finish. I mostly dealt with Lauren and Ashley during my stay there. They always replied promptly to e-mails and phone calls and were very efficient and organized. The building itself is located in downtown New Orleans. Close to a number of restaurants and the Superdome. Poydras St is more of a commercial/business street which is good as there is not as much noise and craziness. There is plenty of that available just a few blocks over in the French Quarter of course. The area around the building is currently experiencing a lot of development which is great. There is a Jamba Juice and Johnny Sanchez and Reginelli's on the ground floor of the building. There is also a brunch place and grocery store and CVS all within walking distance. Location is amazing for sure.Parking is an extra fee but the garage is located in the building. Makes it convenient day to day.Appliances are definitely getting a bit dated and could use some upgrading. The kitchen is small overall also with not much counter space. I personally was living a bachelor lifestyle while living here and ate out a lot and don't really cook at all so this didn't bother me as much. The building is very clean and well kept. There were always people cleaning in the morning. There is also a security guard at all times. I actually had no maintenance issues during my stay there.Overall I had a wonderful experience here. Great views from the lobby and from the apartment.

My wife and I live in Mississippi, but have seasons tickets for the Saints. We decided to get an apartment to make the trip easier, so we wouldn't have to fool with hotels every time we visited NOLA. Don't think we could have found a location more convenient to downtown and the Superdome. Rent is reasonable, onsite parking is available, and moving in was so easy. Nice, modern apartment layouts. Comfortable common areas. Everything is SPOTLESS! Easy walk to grocery/drugstore. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Pet friendly. Nice rooftop pool. Just an all around comfortable place to live. The icing on the cake is that everyone who works at 930 Poydras has been nothing but nice, helpful and friendly. Just good people!! There is always someone at reception, ready with a hello, welcome back. Can recommend 930 Poydras with no reservations.

The good:1) Very clean amenities - the cleaning staff does a really fantastic job and the common areas are generally spotless2) The location - great little up and coming area in the CBD, right next to awesome restaurants (Willa Jean, Juan's Flying Burrito, Coppervine etc.) as well as fast casual options for the nights you don't want to cook.3) Convenient gym - small, but it does the trick and they put up dividers between stations for covid times. I do wish they would limit the # of people in the gym since it can get very crowded, but can't win it all!4) Covered parkingThe bad:1) Anti-maskers in the building and little to no enforcement by the staff. About 50% of the time, folks do not wear masks in the elevator nor do they wait for another elevator to ride in alone if they don't want to wear a mask. It's frankly incredibly stressful when you get stuck with someone who doesn't wear a mask and you are left with either getting off early or having to deal with an uncomfortable social situation. The building posts signs, but does nothing to enforce it.2) The quality of the appliances, counter tops, and shelving. They stain too easily and are clearly cheaply made. For those who like to cook, there is no cooking vent and the adhesive above the stove comes off with heat. The appliances (fridge, washer/dryer) are also unusually loud.3) Bad drivers in the garage (but this might just be a NOLA thing). People regularly park in double slots and take wide turns. Be careful!

This is the first apartment review I have ever written, and I am doing so for a place that I don’t even call home! I visited the property during my search for a place to live downtown and loved the location, feel of the building, and community. The staff were all extremely pleasant, however, I was particularly impressed with Ashley. I have visited many apartment communities over the years, and Ashley is without a doubt the BEST leasing agent that I have ever worked with. She was extremely patient and willing to spend as much time as needed to help me understand everything about my options. What amazed me the most is how knowledgeable she is not only about her properties, but about competing properties (floor plans, prices, amenities, even the staff). She is just ridiculously good at her job.The only reason I did not choose this property is because I needed a little more space than was available to me at this time, and I still almost picked it just because Ashley did such a great job of trying to accommodate me. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great place downtown to check out this property. Easy access to downtown attractions and within walking distance of Rouses. Modern amenities and layouts, and beautiful views!

Long time resident that just signed my FIFTH lease (wow , time flies). One of my main reasons for initially moving in was the dog-friendliness of 930. There are no breed or weight restrictions on dogs, so plenty of animal lovers reside there. The space is very open and modern, highlighted by the views of the sky lobby. Due to the nature of the architecture of the building, tenants are able to interact often leading to unexpected friendships.I work downtown and enjoy 930's proximity to work, the Superdome, restaurants, and the French Quarter. The common areas are always super clean, and the staff is very friendly. Have definitely enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the things I've outlined.

What a gem in downtown Nola! Aside from the gorgeous spaces and cool rustic feel, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Wonderful place to call home.

Love being downtown. You can’t beat a place with parking in your building. Great staff. Pool, outdoor patio, pet friendly. Highly recommend.

Don't look at the negative reviews. Keep in mind, most people leave a review when they are angry/upset. Here is my honest review: We LOVE living at 930! We've lived here for a year and just signed on for year two. 99% of the time, this building is spotless. The cleaning staff do a terrific job. You literally can't walk downstairs and not see something being cleaned. The washer/dryer unit does neither function well, but the trick is to shake your clothes out after you get them out of the dryer; this helps tremendously. The majority of us here send our clothes out, but I like having a machine for washing our towels or for emergencies. The office staff are very quick in response to email. I have never had a bad experience with any of the office staff here. They are sweet, smart ladies. The maintenance guys are the best. Jared, Moses, and Rufus are some of our favorites! They are always happy to address/fix anything that is of concern. They are able to get to most non-emergent jobs within 24-48 hours. We REALLY enjoy the covered parking garage- Keeps you dry and cool. There are also two-tiered carts you can checkout for help with transporting heavy things from your vehicle. We thoroughly love living walking distance to Rouses market ( We LOVE Rouses, but that is a whole different review. Ha). When you are not feeling the cooking thing, you can just walk( or have food delivered, but come on, burn those extra calories)to any of the delicious restaurants in close proximity to you. Who doesn't love living above a celebrity chef owned Mexican restaurant?? Three words: Two dollar tacos! Juan's flying Burrito, Company Burger, Blaze pizza, and so many more close places. Another thing we enjoy about 930 is being able to live in downtown New Orleans without all of the craziness. We are only a few minutes from the Superdome- WHO DAT. We are just far enough away from the Quarter or Canal but are still well within walking distance. There are some times when you can hear loud people/music from your apartment but that is usually when there is an event with tons of people. People are loud. That's life. Go join them. The workout gym definitely looks like it was an afterthought. There is not a whole lot of equipment and it is very small, but as someone who actually works out, I'm just grateful I have a place to go. If I'm not feeling it that day, I just go walk around the city instead. There aren't really any excuses for laziness here.
