“I made a great decision to have my tire looked at here. Tire Choice politely refused to install my new tire to avoid (further) damage to the swollen bolts because they care. Certain auto shops would have forcefully removed them. I asked plenty of questions to make sure I fully understood the situation, and Amy was patient with any questions I had. The tech carefully loaded my purchased tire into my trunk and I was on my way to the dealership so they could right their wrong. Thank you to the tech (didn't catch his name) and Amy. I'll definitely be back for the installation of my new tires when everything is sorted out.”
