Was racially profiled by a pharmacy technician while picking up some prescriptions. She was very rude and unprofessional. She never asked my name and didn’t know who I was but proceeded to tell me I should have used the drive thru. When I asked her if she knew who I was and whose medication am I picking up she said “ well you can just go get your medication from another pharmacy” and then canceled the medication and threw my money on the counter and walked away. No one said anything or did anything about how I was treated. Never going back.

Horrible Pharmacy service. Wait is terrible. Drive through you need a lunch or snack to wait. They don’t take phone calls anymore you are transferred to a call center.

The first time I've been to this walgreens, I used the drive thru and the person that waited on me wasn't pleasant AT ALL!!!! I'm glad that this was just a one time visit!!!! I wish that I could give zero stars!!!!!!

This is the absolute worse pharmacy in the world. The workers are rude and not helpful at all. The waits are horrendous. They won't fill a prescription one day early no matter what the reason is. I hate dealing with this place but they make it hard to switch pharmacies. Walgreens needs to get it together.

Worst Walgreens in the State if not the Country.VERY RUDE, and no that works there is happy.Always a long line and forever wait. Close this store and concentrate on the other one.Absolutely terrible.

Horriable it’s always a problem and they never have your medicine when you need it. It a dang shame they are still in bussiness. I’m transferring all my medicine to Walmarts soon cause ya getting way to much to deal with cause they are so unprofessional

Every time I go here it’s 45 minutes to an hour wait?? I been a valued customer for years! Today they told me an hour wait and they didn’t even seem that busy I took my prescription back and went to L&M Pharmacy and it was a 5 minute wait! Walgreens get it together!!

Went to Walgreens and happened upon their 90% off school supply sale. The 2 ladies changing the stickers on the items going on sale were super nice and helpful. But when I went to check out, the cashier was very rude and condescending from the moment she began scanning my items and until I left. My cart was full of the school supplies on sale and she said everything was ringing up normal price and that seemed to frustrate her. Knowing this, I stayed polite and respectful throughout the entirety of the transaction. As I was leaving, she looked to the cashier across from her and rolled her eyes with an exasperated look on her face. It was the most negative and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had and I won’t be returning to this location.

The people working at the pharmacy are a special combination of severely incompetent and unethically spiteful. I can’t even count how many times they messed up my medication order. They leave my nurse practitioner on hold after telling me they need to speak with them. These are legitimately angry and stubborn as all hell just out of spite. Really dangerous to have individuals like this in charge of people’s vital medication. If they have a bad day it’s everyone be damned. And they have a bad day, every day.

I don't know if it's just me everytime I go here but these people act like they don't want to work. This passed time I came to pick up my Rx several pharmacy workers in the back just walked passed me didn't say anything or aknowledge I was standing there waiting to be waited on. Atleast aknowledge customers I get your busy but try and speak to your customers to let them know you are aware someone is waiting. Bad customer service.

I don’t know who was on the phone but the the most horbbile people I ever delt with. I called they say they filling my meds I get there the says they ain’t go it. Then I get my other pharmacy to try and get the transferred Walgreens is rude and just hang up on me and the other pharmacy tec they just a horrible place
