Thanks to Verizon Agent Tavion for helping me set up my "new" cellphone this evening. He patiently walked me thru the process (shared LOTS of tips!) But what is especially important to know is, this was above and beyond because... as tech-savvy, cost-conscious senior adult, I "upgraded" my equipment on my own.That didn't matter to Tavion. He graciously took time out (even though he knew, up front, that an additional sale wouldn't be happening!) to assure that I was a happy Verizon customer when I walked away. Keep up the great work, Tavion! ...and keep smiling!

Absolutely terrible service. Bought a product with a life time guarantee of a product line only Verizon carries and wouldn't honor it. All my personal data in the computer but my record of sale mysteriously disappear. The employees are ill-informed on warranty procedures and do a poor job at relaying to the customer the requirements. Make sure you are clear before you buy something from here and leave the premises.

Travis Tjon assisted my 82 year old mother with her account and questions regarding international calls. It was not an easy issue to resolve with Verizon’s corporate office, but he stayed on top of it and brought resolution to the matter. Travis is a kind and caring person. He showed her all the respect in the world. Travis is a superb professional who genuinely cares about his customers and doing the right thing. Of all the Verizon cellular sales personnel with whom I have dealt, Travis is by far the best. Superb! Plus, he’s just a nice and pleasant person with whom to speak. This level of service and care is unheard of and unseen these days. Well done, Travis. Wish there was a 6-star rating to offer you!

I have been a Verizon customer for about 20 years now and the sales and service at the local New Iberia store is phenomenal.
