I lived in NI for five years and had a mailbox at this store. Always and I mean always the staff was extremely helpful. Never rude and very diligent! More often than not the store was extremely busy and they managed to take care of customers in a timely manner.

It was busy but the employees handled everything with ease. We've had some unexpected weather so everything has been closed. So glad to have this store to handle our shipping needs!

Good when they open on time. Every time when I come at 7:30 they are never open. Never. I wait 5-10 minutes then I have to go to work. Others sitting and waiting also. Locked up tight. You can't run a business like this. Someone may need to be checked on. I amHere now and will be leaving as it is 7:36 am. The gated area still closed and no signs of life.Update 10/5. Sitting here at 8:30 in the morning with 3 other cars and the building is locked up tight. No activity in store. Downgrading from 2 stars to 1 star till this issue is fixed.

UPS is the most stupid people ever, I waited a week and a half for a pack that has fragile all over it and it all broken up these people don't care about nothing just throwing people stuff how ever they want I'm sick of this stupidity someone needs to do something about this money does not come easy theses days stop throwing peoples things around because you rushing the package has frag all over it doesn't that mean anything to you stupid people damn I'm sick of this

Showed up at 12:15 on Saturday with multiple other customers and they were closed. Have tried to come by multiple times during the week and there is always a sign saying closed for an hour l.

Always a positive experience with this location. Been using this location since 2010. I think in life you get whatever intention you put out into the world. I expect to love and care about people whether they give it back to me. We have to be the good in the world no matter what. God wins!

Ups lost my $2000 porsche rim/tire and refuse to pay complete replacement cost. Insurance is for damaged goods., not for ups incompetence. How can you lose something this big, and screw the customer who paid you to deliver his item? use Fed exBecause I used this store, I had to deal with him for claims. After 4 visits concerning lost wheel/tire, he still had not contacted me. I had to contact corporate for an answer

Do you people who are complains about the drivers have nothing to do with the UPS store. The UPS store franchises have no connection to the UPS drivers, they are a deprecate entity all together. So if you have driver or lost package problems, it’s not the UPS stores fault. Call UPS and complain to them and stop having the store pay for the sins of the drivers and they have nothing to do with them. Please.
