Price was insane and the whole 5 minute oil change is a joke over there. Took over 45 minutes while sitting in a hot truck. Several employees were just joking around with each other while we waited. They charged $140 for an 8 quart oil change. I buy the same oil for $50 at Walmart and the filter is $10. You could literally buy the tools needed to do it yourself and still come out ahead.

After service was complete at the Admiral Doyle location in New Iberia, technicians pulled me forward, damaging skid plate. When we heard the skid plate, I was instructed to back up. I then asked the technician if any damage had occurred. They assured me that there was zero damage to the skid plate. The next day, leaving on a family vacation, the skid plate detached and is flapping against the underside of the vehicle on the interstate. I will have to pay $100+ to have it replaced. Update: the bolt punctured something while flapping and my car started leaking transmission fluid. My car is now inoperable and at a Ford dealership. We have lost money on hotels previously booked for vacation.

Every single time I go there, people are so very polite and helpful and always very knowledgeable. They show you the oil stick to make sure you see it’s new and clean and they check tires and filters and all the things needed to keep a vehicle running properly with no obligation to change it. They just very informational and thorough.
