Poor communication & listening skills, poor customer service, lack of professionalism.
4/4/2024 Update - I spoke with sales manager regarding the poor customer experience, he was just as rude as his salesperson whose behavior he defended.
I purchased a 2024 Toyota Tundra out of Lubbock, TX. The service was IMPECCABLE! This is what’s important the customer who is interested in purchasing from your dealership! I wanted to patronize Louisiana dealership, but apparently customers are not valued at this dealership, I love my new Tundra and love my new dealership family in Lubbock, TX!

They tried to scam me on a new Toyota. After we had came to a price agreement on a purchase only, they tried to add hundreds to the price with dealer advertising fee and nitrogen in the tires and such. Walked away and bought elsewhere. I had drove 3 hrs one way to get the vehicle, based on the agreed price too.
