Over 3 months “waiting on a part” to get my car back. Was told they had all the parts and only had to put it back together, then a few days later said didn’t have all the parts and fired person putting it back together. Little to no communication about status of the car. Had to go out on my own and call another dealerships body shop and find the part to bring it to them. They also had my information on my car under a completely different name & asked me if they still had my car. So unprofessional and a complete nightmare.

Musson Patout's paint shop is awesome! Their service staff is friendly and professional. They really cared about me and my car, and their paint work is high quality.

The deserve no stars!!!Jamie in the Jeep Repair department flat out lied to me 6 months ago. Now my jeep is back in the shop. I guess she was upset because I called her out on her lies before and now the consumer, me, is stuck with the dishonesty. I guess Jamie is an unethical & unprofessional employee because she did not want to be held accountable for her dishonesty. She hung up on me!!! To be continued .......... BBB is my next call. These companies feel they can treat the consumer any type of me. Not me!!!!!!
