“Back on 01/21/2024, I accompanied my mom to this AT&T store to purchase a higher-level I-Phone. It was there that I met the two associates, Jamal Johnson and Ztevion LeBlanc. Jamal examined my mom’s phone, confirmed that it was still working extremely well, and informed her that she didn’t need a new phone. In other words, he didn’t want to sell her on something she truly didn’t need. I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED at this level of integrity. (I would also like to point out that Ztevion seems to be someone who is “still learning the ropes” from Jamal, but I was nonetheless EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with his attitude and level of agreement with Jamal’s thought process and approach on this issue.) Finally, I would like to inform anybody and everybody that if you need a new phone, you should ignore all the other competition and sales consultants out there and march right into this store and work with Jamal and Ztevion.
