But what is especially important to know is, this was above and beyond because... as tech-savvy, cost-conscious senior adult, I "upgraded" my equipment on my own.That didn't matter to Tavion. He graciously took time out (even though he knew, up front, that an additional sale wouldn't be happening!) to assure that I was a happy Verizon customer when I walked away. “Back on 01/21/2024, I accompanied my mom to this AT&T store to purchase a higher-level I-Phone. It was there that I met the two associates, Jamal Johnson and Ztevion LeBlanc. Jamal examined my mom’s phone, confirmed that it was still working extremely well, and informed her that she didn’t need a new phone. In other words, he didn’t want to sell her on something she truly didn’t need. I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED at this level of integrity. (I would also like to point out that Ztevion seems to be someone who is “still learning the ropes” from Jamal, but I was nonetheless EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with his attitude and level of agreement with Jamal’s thought process and approach on this issue.) Finally, I would like to inform anybody and everybody that if you need a new phone, you should ignore all the other competition and sales consultants out there and march right into this store and work with Jamal and Ztevion. “This has been the most pleasant in store experience I have ever had at an AT&T and I have been a customer for over 12 years. I was meant at the door on yesterday by the representative named Blair. He was so helpful in walking my family and I through our old plan and giving us options and also letting us know we qualified for a teacher appreciation discount because I am a teacher. I was coming in to get a new iPhone as mine was ancient and it was time for an upgrade. I was able to trade in my old iPhone and because of the good condition received a very great deal on the trade in. Overall the representatives were so kind and helpful. The environment was clean and all representatives were helping other families. This experience raises the bar 100% to what I expect!”
