The lady at the new Iberia location was amazing and so very patient. I recommend this place, especially this location. So very helpful.

Me and my partner went in to see if I can switch phone providers and be attached to my partner's pre-existing plan, but the lady at the front desk was not only unhelpful and was not bothered to do anything, she was sleeping on the desk as soon as we walked in. My partner also asked some questions about out his plan, but was told by the same lady that he would have to wait until the manager gets in if she even comes in the store. I would rate 0 stars if I could as we both had a terrible experience.

I have had a VERY Bad experience with Metro , They did not live up to their moto about " Any Problems with phone bring it to their attention,and they will try their BEST to resolve the problem" Well I did the first phone I got i phone I got had to bring back in return give me another one like it and was told by rep.that these phones had been known and brought in bc of problems and was told if I had any problems with the second phone to come back and they would surly help ,ye

they dont even answer the phone when you call for questions so i have to go way to the store just to ask questions they could have answered over the phone

supposed to get 2 free phones.. only got credit for one.. have to pay tax on the full price of the phones.. added an extra 20 to our monthly bill we didn't ask for.. said we were getting 2 free cases and a screen protector.. only got 1 case free.. and the receipt they give you just has your total amount paid.. no break down of anything..
