“I've been going here for years. There is NEVER a long wait and Ms Mary and her staff are ALWAYS sweet and professional. I am highly suspicious of people who have complaints.
There is a check in kiosk in the lobby. If you can't figure it out please ask another patient for help. There is no receptionist so all the comments about not seeing anyone are accurate, but misleading. It is a very efficient lab core. I highly recommend.”

“I had an amazing experience at checkpoint urgent care on Parkview Dr in New Iberia New LA. My daughter hurt her ankle while playing volleyball at school. I brought her to this urgent care where she saw Colin Hidalgo FNP. He was amazing, as far as explaining the anatomy of a sprained ankle and demonstrating what happened to her ankle, he brought an ankle support and took his time explaining how to apply it and the importance of making sure that the fit was correct. He got her crutches, adjusted them to the correct fit and demonstrated the correct way to use them when walking. He explained the possible damage that could be caused if these assisted devices are not utilized correctly. In conclusion, the entire staff was amazing for our visit. Colin Hidalgo FNP went above and beyond to show he cared. I was truly impressed and I rated it with a five-star., The bedside manners were exceptional, I hope I don’t have to visit any urgent care but if I do, this is the place I’ll go thanks for your service ?”
