I have only been a new Nissan owner for a year. Each experience for the 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation has been awesome. Comfortable waiting area and Trudy really has excellent customer service skills.

We brought my daughters car for them to do tge water pump and timing chain on my daughters 13 maxima 3.5 because it's ran of timing and they send me a quote saying it's my fans and wanted to charger 789$ and another 100$ to diagnose it and after changing the fans at my house because I can handle that and it's still doing the exact same thing full off coolant and no flow and yes new thermostat and housing, fans,cap radiator last is waterpump so now I'm out 300$ for something I told them what was wrong!! Not a happy poppa right now thanks to bidonomics!

Could not be happier. I came with my daughter to help her buy her first car and Kimberly "The Queen" Hall made it so easy! She made sure we had the car we wanted and she got us the deal we were looking for. And she had a smile on her face the entire time. Anyone looking for a car should give Kim a call. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

Absolutely loved my experience with Rodney Antoine! He was very helpful in not only helping to diminish my worries/fears, but also encouraging and helpful with selecting my vehicle. He answered all questions that were presented genuinely and without judgement. The paperwork process took a long time but I was made to feel at home.
