These guys are amazing! We are on a long road trip and found one of our tires losing air. We pulled in here and within 30 minutes tire was fixed and we were on our way! Even got some tips for our New Orleans visit! Very friendly and efficient. Thank you AJ, Shannon and the crew.

Vehicle was leaking 10psi overnight. Took vehicle in, took 3.5 hours to get a tire looked at, said they didn’t find anything. Took my vehicle to B&B tire and service the next morning and they found a sidewall leak in the tire within 5 minutes. Pretty sure they blew my vehicle off, thankfully did not charge me so I will give them that.

I wish I could give 10 stars! I showed up late in the day, after my own work day thinking that my tires need alignment. As it turned out, both of my back tires needed to be replaced. My son was playing in his last high school soccer game in Lafayette that evening. I was told that it wasn’t safe to drive my car. I was also told that he didn’t have any of the tires that I needed in stock, they would have to be ordered. Wearing my heart on my sleeve, I am certain that he could see my disappointment. This selfless man made a call to another tire shop so that I could get my tire fixed and get to my son’s game! That speaks volumes to his character. I am so grateful for his kindness and compassion. Thank you for serving your customers from your heart. ❤️

Was passing through town and needed an oil change, tires rotated, and a possible alignment. They asked me why I thought I needed an alignment, looked at my tires, and didn't feel it was needed. I appreciate that they didn't just sell me a service I didn't need. Prices were reasonable and work was done quickly and well. Waiting was also comfortable. I would return here in a heartbeat.
