Gordy's Paint & Body totally took care of me like no other. The first shop I went to wanted nothing to do with my car. I called Gordy and he immediately told me to bring my car in. He gave me the best price where no one even came close. I will never take my car anywhere else. He's 100% honest and trustworthy. His work is top notch, first class! I won't take my car anywhere else!

Mr. Gordy was great to work with, he was friendly and did a great job on my CHR.. he stays pretty busy so expect a little wait for your vehicle but also understand his work is fantastic! Would definitely recommend him and his staff

We got rear ended, brought our car into the shop.When we initially brought it in, we did have an issue and had to bring it back, however Mr Gordy and his wife went out of their way to correct our issue and we’re very helpful, and listened to our concerns. My vehicle was brought to this shop for repairs. They failed to do an initial assessment of their own when my car arrived, my car was there in there yard for 2 weeks, untouched before they received payment. After they received payment from insurance, my car continued to sit another 6 WEEKS before they even began to strip my vehicle apart to determine underlying damages. For weeks now, I have constantly been given the run around regarding the status of my vehicle, when will my vehicle be ready, why is there such a prolonged hold up on my repair that was estimated to take 10 days.the last 5 weeks. I have been told every week my car will be "ready" as if my car has not been in their shop for 2 nearly 3 months. The lady who answers the phone has been extremely rude, not understanding of the frustration AT ALL. Especially considering Mr. Gordy himself has admitted multiple times over the last few weeks that he was out of the shop for surgery and his staff FAILED to properly follow repair procedures that way my repair would have been done in a timely manner.Service: Body & Trim

I live in Lake Charles and was at my hip surgeons office in New Iberia when we heard a noise from our car. The Dr. sent us to Gordys. The Lady told us that the fender liner was loose but we could drive it home and get it fixed at our local shop. That is a place I would go back to if I lived anywhere near by.

My wifes 2019 Mazda needed repair and paint and they did a great job. Good price and fast and courteous service. If I ever need a body shop again this is where I will go no doubt. Awesome people.
